Mr Lim Hock Chuan is the Head of Programmes at Temasek Foundation. He oversees the Foundation’s initiatives in strengthening social resilience and uplifting lives, fostering international exchange and enhancing regional capabilities, and advancing science and protecting the planet for a sustainable world.

He was a respected senior leader in the public sector. He has extensive experience in various areas of public administration including security, media, finance, human resource management, international negotiation and healthcare. Prior to joining Temasek in 2016, he was the Chief Executive Officer of St Luke’s Hospital and St Luke’s Eldercare, and also held appointments as the Deputy Secretary at the Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of Home Affairs.
