In partnership with the Prime Minister's Office Singapore (PMO), EB Impact will be hosting The COP27 Youth Climate Hackathon (CYCH) at the COP27 Singapore Pavilion. The CYCH aims to contribute to the momentum already building ahead of this critical international conference and provide youths with the opportunity to amplify their perspectives and engage in dialogue.
The CYCH is designed to bring youths' voices to be heard, share their knowledge and opinions, and exchange innovative solutions to address the most pressing sustainability and climate-related challenges.
The CYCH will allow Youths attending COP27 to create and choose problem statements that reflect the most pressing and complex climate-induced challenges they face in their home countries. During the hackathon, they will ideate solutions to address these challenges. These problem statements and solutions will fulfil the objectives of CYCH:
The Youth Hackathon is open to all youths attending COP27 to participate in the hackathon and open to the public to join in the panel discussion and youth presentation of solutions proposed by youths
