She brings more than a decade of experience working across both public and private sectors, including the International Finance Corporation (IFC), McKinsey, TechnoServe, and Lehman Brothers. Zara received an MBA from Berkeley-Haas School of Business and a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service.
