Lloyd Cameron is the Economic and Climate Counsellor at the British Embassy, Manila. As part of this, he oversees the embassy’s work on mobilisation, infrastructure, energy, science, technology, health, and climate.  

He has worked for the UK Government for over ten years, focused on economic development and investment. Prior to arriving in Manila, Lloyd was working on the mobilisation of green and development finance. He has represented the UK as part of its missions in Afghanistan and Syria.  

Lloyd holds a LLM from Lund University, Sweden and a LLB from the University of Edinburgh.
