MrJackson Chia was appointed ComfortDelGro Group Chief Risk and SustainabilityOfficer in November 2018. He joined the Group in 2017 as the Deputy Head ofRail Business in SBS Transit. Prior to this, Mr Chia served in the Republic ofSingapore Navy, holding various senior appointments including Head NavalOperations and Chief-of-Staff, Naval Staff.

MrChia holds a Bachelor of Social Science (First Class) degree in Economics andStatistics from the University of Birmingham, and a Master of Arts from theFletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. He also attended theInternational Executive Programme at INSEAD, France in 2008.
