Gayathri Natarajan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Krosslinker, a Singapore-based deep tech company developing advanced aerogel solutions for thermal insulation and passive cooling. A chemical engineering scientist by training, she is passionate about translating breakthrough materials research into practical, scalable technologies that improve energy efficiency and support more climate-resilient infrastructure. Krosslinker was recognised as one of the grand winners of The Liveability Challenge 2025 for its aerogel-enabled passive cooling solution, designed to reduce heat gain and lower cooling demand at scale across residential, commercial and industrial infrastructure.
