As Managing Director and Market Head at Bank of Singapore, he's part of their fast-growing ASEAN business. Prior to which he’s had leadership roles with Coutts, Standard Chartered Private Bank and BNP Paribas. Zubin’s contributions include leading his various businesses to attain several Industry Leadership accolades
Passionate about Sustainability, Zubin has been Chairman for Bank of Singapore’s Sustainability Forum since 2019, where he’s responsible to drive bank-wide initiatives to integrate ESG across their global business strategies. Zubin’s been recognised for successfully collaborating with strategic & prominent Ecosystem partners to help raise ESG awareness in Singapore and the region.

At The Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS), Zubin Co-Chairs the Private Banking Sustainable Investment Taskforce. Recognising the challenge of the lack of a common approach or taxonomy on ESG, this taskforce has developed what would be Asia’s first Guidelines on Sustainable Private Banking & Wealth Management.
As member of the Private Banking Industry Group (PBIG)'s ESG Taskforce, his contributions include helping set up ESG relevant competency standards for the Private Banking industry.
A firm believer in talent development, he serves as a member of the “Expert Panel for Leadership” for Wealth Management Institute (WMI) Singapore.
Coming from a background where family values are held in high regard and the importance of Integrity, Resilience, Empathy and Right Attitude are key to approaching any situation in life. These qualities he now aims to imbibe in others – particularly as he mentors NextGen. Zubin’s helped drive ESG education within student communities from prominent Singapore universities.
