Von Leong believes in the power of purpose, people, and technologies to change the world. She is the co-founder and general partner at Purpose Venture Capital, a Singapore-based early stage Venture Capital firm building sustainable and profitable tech businesses. She is also a strategic advisor to companies and family offices on legacy planning, philanthropy, ESG strategies and impact investments.

Von is a former Singapore government director focused on social sector development and was the Chief, Digital Health Marketplace at IHiS, Singapore’s public healthtech agency. She previously held regional leadership roles at IBM, Kelly Services and AON.

Winner of the Advocate of the Year - Women in IT Asia Awards 2021. As a judge for Climate Hack, She Disrupts and The Liveability Challenge, Von hopes to empower women entrepreneurs to start tech ventures and support companies that embed social impact and sustainability in their business models.
