Vishal is a Cofounder of REConnect Energy, India's largest digital energy platform startup. REConnect Energy works with over 22GW of renewable energy asset owners and 14 electric utilities (transmission and distribution) in India offering solutions on - power grid digitalisation, predictive analytics, energy dispatch optimisation, wholesale energy market process automation, and smart grid solutions. GRIDConnect is the AI+IoT led platform developed by REConnect Energy which enables a host of digital energy solutions for energy asset owners. REConnect Energy is also a largest aggregator of Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) in India.

Vishal is an electrical engineer and alumnus of IIT Bombay. He is also a Chevening Fellow and alumnus of St. Cross College - Oxford. His area of expertise includes - energy markets, renewable energy policies, environmental markets, new age technologies and its adoption in energy grids etc.
