Swati Mandloi is a Singapore Youth for Climate Action (SYCA) member and leads the advocacy group's international climate change negotiations. She was one of the youth delegates in the Singapore contingent who attended COP26 in Glasgow this year.

Swati is also managing the green group's climate engagement programme at WWF-Singapore, which helps companies in Singapore decarbonise. Working with companies on platforms such as the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), which aligns corporate emissions with the Paris Agreement on climate change.
