With over 20 years’ experience in Retail, Sébastien is responsible for implementing and overseeing compliance programmes for manufacturers and products sold across the 28 health and beauty markets of A.S. Watson Group.

Sébastien heads dedicated non-food Quality Assurance teams in 11 markets across Asia and Europe, responsible for ensuring that suppliers have good manufacturing and ethical practices in place, and to enforce product safety and quality controls at various steps, from new product development, manufacturing, distribution, to post-market surveillance.
