Ristika Putri Istanti currently holds a position as a Deputy of Program, Lingkar Temu Kabupaten Lestari (Sustainable District Association) Secretariat. She is responsible for managing co-creation process with district government to boost sustainable development and is accountable for nurturing the effectiveness of both,  providing high-level strategic thinking and facilitation of the effort on the program unit at district level, incl. sustainable business, policy, planning and district data and information. Previously, she worked for wild-life conservation with Sumatran Tiger Forum (HarimauKita) to maintain data and information as knowledge-based information for tiger conservation
