Pei Ying is the Head Economist for APAC at LinkedIn. Bridging between policy, economics and
data, her team partners with governments, public institutions, and policy influencers to identify
opportunities and insights that help government and business leaders address the challenges of
the modern workforce.  

She was previously Head of Economics at Grab, South-East Asia’s largest ride-sharing company,
and VP of Social Impact for Conjunct Consulting, South-East Asia’s first social change
consultancy.

She holds combined BSc in Vision Science and Neuroscience from the University of Melbourne,
an MPhil in Neuroscience from Cambridge, and an MA in Management from Harvard.
