Paulo Gooco is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from UST. He has a master’s degree on Environmental Engineering and Management from DLSU-Manila and a diploma degree on Meteorology from UP-Diliman.  He has over 20 years of experience in environmental management including sustainability programs such as decarbonization, sustainable water resource, and circular economy. He is the current Head of the Corporate Environmental Management Department in Energy Development Corporation.
