Paul Anthony ‘PA’ De Guzman is the Programs Development Manager at the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship – GoNegosyo. In his current role, he supervises several programs within the organization.

Notably, he is responsible for managing the private sector operations of the Kapatid Mentor ME program, which has been implemented in collaboration with the Department of Trade and Industry since 2016.

He is responsible for crafting, leading, and executing entrepreneurship programs, sessions, and trainings for active and aspiring entrepreneurs throughout the Philippines, often in collaboration with stakeholders from both the public and private sectors, as well as foreign missions.

PA also lends his expertise on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to international projects and programs, including the ASEAN Mentorship for Entrepreneurs Network (AMEN), which advocates for the development and mentoring of MSMEs in the ASEAN region.

While PA's professional qualifications include being a registered nurse in the Philippines, he has chosen to direct his vocation to caring for MSMEs.
