Nicole Torres is the Programs Director of Parabukas, a a women-led, Asia-based international consultancy focused on laws and policies related to climate change, the environment, and sustainable development. She also serves as the Executive Director of Manawari, Parabukas' NGO arm.

Nicole has been working in the environment and rights sectors since 2007, and has developed  expertise in community land tenure, biodiversity management, forests and climate change and solid waste management. She has been following issues around the UN Convention on Biological Diversity since 2014.
