Nick Winstone is a Founder and Managing partner at Aera VC. He is passionate about the companies Aera VC has had the privilege to invest in since 2017 and is excited to continue to find and back the founders who will disrupt the world's largest industries using transformative technology in the pursuit of a better world. Aera is currently investing out of its Climate & Frontier Fund focusing primarily on Seed and Series A stage companies.  

Prior to establishing Aera VC, Nick’s background was in investment banking, corporate finance and law in London and Auckland.

Nick is based in Arrowtown, New Zealand with his wife Rozy and daughter Claudia.
