CEO, Sing Lun Holdings Pte Ltd, Nominated Member of Parliament
Mr. Mark Lee is the CEO of Sing Lun Holdings Pte Ltd, a global enterprise with interests in industries, investments, and real estate, which received the EY-Standard Chartered Family Business Award of Excellence in 2018. He also serves as a Nominated Member of Parliament, advocating for SMEs and the broader business sector.
Together with Senior Minister-of-State, Ms Low Yen Ling, Mr. Lee co-chaired the Alliance for Action (AfA) on Business Costs Competitiveness, established by the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) in 2024, to help businesses stay competitive amid global uncertainties.
He is also the Managing Director of Vac-Tech Engineering Pte Ltd, a hazardous waste management company operating in Singapore and the Philippines, and a Non-Executive Director at Crystal International Group Limited, one of the world's largest apparel manufacturers.
In recognition of his entrepreneurial achievements, Mr. Lee received the "Most Outstanding Entrepreneur" title at the Asia Pacific Entrepreneur Awards 2010 and the EY Entrepreneur of the Year (Manufacturing) Award in 2015. He was appointed to the Committee for Future Economy in 2016 to ensure Singapore's continued prosperity.
Mr. Lee is currently the Vice-Chairman and Honorary Treasurer of the Singapore Business Federation, Chairman of SBF Human Capital Action Committee, and a Council Member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce, chairing the Youth Business & Sustainability Committee.
He also holds board positions at the Singapore National Heritage Board, Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital, and is the Chairman of the Asian Civilisations Museum, and the Peranakan Museum.
As an advisor and immediate past President of the Singapore Fashion Council, Mr. Lee has chaired the Textile and Fashion Federation Training Centre’s academic and examination board. He has previously served on the boards of Business China, the Singapore Sports School, the Yusof Ishak Institute of South-East Asian Studies, and as Vice-Chairman of the Singapore Business Federation’s Young Business Leaders Network.
