With over 17 years of experience in the public and private sectors, Swee Wei is a well-rounded architect-planner professional. Her expertise includes land use, policy, and implementation of strategic efforts to planning; and design and implementation for industrial & business parks, precincts and city planning.

Swee Wei has led teams in Singapore, China,Vietnam, and Thailand. Over the last two decades, she has held multiple leadership positions, including as Senior Director – Planning & Design inVietnam and AVP Master Planning & Design in Thailand with the developer and investor side; and with the Singapore government as Team Lead (SeniorArchitect) at Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). Swee Wei aspires to apply her international experience and knowledge in different contexts, especially developing countries.
