Executive Director, Marina Bay Sands
As Executive Director of Sustainability at Marina Bay Sands, Kevin Teng drives the entire property’s green initiatives, and spearheads all energy, water, waste, green meetings, F&B sustainable procurement and staff engagement projects. Kevin has been Marina Bay Sands’ Executive Director of Sustainability since September 2014, stepping into the role after leading the integrated resort’s sustainability efforts from January 2012.
He was previously the integrated resort’s Chief Engineer since its April 2010 opening. More recently in 2018-2020, Kevin led the Development, Programme Management and Design (DPMD) team in the development and execution of capital improvement and expansion projects to propel Marina Bay Sands into the next stage of growth. Kevin has a Master’s of Science in Urban Planning from the London School of Economics, and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and International Studies from Duke University. In addition, he is a published writer for the Urban Land Institute and a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional.
