Manny Portugal heads Technology Solutions for Pi Energy responsible for developing and bringing value-add energy products and services to the market. Manny leads the Remote Energy Monitoring System or REMS business unit enabling customers to analyze energy consumption and drive actionable insights.  Manny brings a wealth of talent and experience as the former Chief Digital Transformation Officer of Energy Development Corporation (EDC) implementing IT & OT systems. Manny’s experience also includes setting up and running VMware Philippines as its first Country Manager as well as executive roles in IBM and Intel Microelectronics. Manny studied Mechanical Engineering at University of the Philippines.
