Eileen is the leader of Deloitte’s Assurance (Advisory) Services in Southeast Asia. She also leads the Climate and Sustainability Services for Deloitte in Southeast Asia.

She has more than 22 years of experience in Public Accounting in Singapore and the United States, providing assurance and advisory services to clients in the financial services industry, including banking, capital markets, and insurance sectors.

In addition, she possesses extensive experience in providing advice and assistance on finance, accounting, internal controls and regulatory compliance matters.
