Doley is UNDP’s global technical advisor on biodiversity, leading an array of programmes in Asia, Pacific and the Middle East regions. He has over 2 decades of experience in climate change adaptation, climate change mitigation, biodiversity conservation, coastal zone management, sustainable land management, natural forest management and thematic competence on poverty reduction, sustainable livelihoods, capacity development and good governance.
