Dave began his career with BOC in logistics and supply chain management in various roles in the UK, before moving into a supplier development role within the Procurement function at Bacardi UK in 2005.

In 2007 he moved with his family to France to join the Bacardi Global Procurement Leadership Team in their Operations headquarters in Geneva. In that role he implemented their first Responsible Sourcing Program, and he then led the Bacardi end-to-end Sustainability Program “Good Spirited.”

From there Dave moved to the beauty business Coty where he launched their Sustainable Sourcing program in 2016. He joined Givaudan in August 2020 as Global head of Responsible Sourcing.

Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics & International Relations from the University of Reading, UK
