Clara Koh is Head of Public Policy for Singapore and ASEAN at Meta (formerly Facebook) where she leads engagement with government and other stakeholders around policy and programs related to technology, the economy and society. She is also a member of Singapore’s Media Literacy Council. Prior to this, Clara was at Brunswick Group, a strategic advisory firm specializing in business-critical communications, and the Country Director of Singapore at Vriens & Partners, a Southeast Asia-focused political risk and government relations advisory firm. Clara began her career with the Singapore Foreign Service, where she spent over 6 years helping to manage Singapore’s relations with Indonesia, Thailand and the United States. In that time, Clara served as First Secretary at Singapore’s embassy in Washington, DC.
