Charlene Lin is the Senior Manager – Sustainable Sourcing. She has been with Mars for 10 years, starting from leading Responsible Sourcing program rollout in Asia Pacific, then cross different business segments including Pet care and Mars Wrigley, leading the implementation of fish and palm oil sustainable sourcing activities, internal and external stakeholders engagement.

With her current role, she leads to develop the global sustainable sourcing strategy for palm oil, mint and sugar. Before joining Mars,Charlene worked at UL Responsible Sourcing, where she manages certification and training program.
