Chao Luo is a Principal at Granite Asia, focusing on sustainability, climate and entertainment tech. Prior to GGV, he was the co-founder of Laiye (artificial intelligence, $800M valuation). Prior to Laiye, Chao spent time at Tencent Investment as well as Bain & Company where he participated in more than 20 investment and M&A transactions in the internet and technology sectors. Chao received a B.S. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan.
