Mr. Carlos Pedro "Caloy" Salonga brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development. He has spearheaded strategic HR initiatives and driven organizational excellence across various Lopez companies. Before joining the Lopez Group, Caloy gained extensive experience in diverse industries and institutions, including the Department of Labor and Employment, Philippine Airlines, and Philacor. He joined First Balfour in February 2013 and currently serves as the Senior Vice President for Human Resources and Administration. Caloy graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Psychology from the University of the Philippines and holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University. He is passionate about environmental sustainability and leadership development, which are among his key advocacies.
