Ben first joined the Ricoh headquarters in Tokyo, Japan in 1989. He started out in Domestic Japanese Market sales, followed by product marketing, channel management and leadership roles. Throughout the past 32 years, he has taken on various roles in Ricoh Group namely in Ricoh US, Ricoh Asia Pacific, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore.

In his most recent role, Ben helmed both Ricoh Taiwan as Managing Director and Ricoh Hong Kong as General Manager.

Ben is a strong advocate for digital transformation and has spearheaded Ricoh Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore in their digital transformation journey.
