April May Kagaoan is a Sustainability Executive under the Corporate Sustainability Office of PLDT and Smart. She works with the team that develops and drives the groupwide strategy and progress reporting on ESG, focusing on areas like child rights, human rights, circularity, and biodiversity conservation.

She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management, Major in Communications Technology Management, Minor in Enterprise Development at the Ateneo de Manila University. Prior to her current function, she has worked as a public relations professional, doing media and government relations, corporate communications, and corporate shared value programs for the PLDT Group. At work and in her personal life, she strives to be an advocate, a lifelong learner, and a champion of #SustainabilityEveryday.
