Since coming to Asia nearly 20 years ago, Adam has combined a career in management consulting, training, and change management with a passion for sustainable, purpose driven business. He has worked with the public and private sectors to challenge and stimulate the way they develop and roll out strategy including how they approach innovation in the creation and deployment of their products and services.

Adam is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Padang & Co, an innovation catalyst. Padang drives the adoption of open innovation practices across government and industry enhancing organisations innovation capabilities to solve problems and develop new opportunities.

Adam believes that partnerships between corporates and startups is the future of work and will drive a new wave of innovation and build a resilient ecosystem. This led Padang in 2017 to co- architect LEVEL3, a workspace collaboration with Unilever Foundry that supports Singapore’s emerging startup ecosystem and entrepreneur community to create and connect them to real business opportunities.

Padang has since partnered with Aardvark Labs to open in 2019, CATALYST, a specialist medtech/digital healthcare focused co-working and innovation space. In 2020 with DSM, will launch the Bright Science and Technology Innovation Hub focused on life sciences.
